This weekend it has been great speaking to voters about their priorities both at events and door knocking. I get the chance to explain my plan for the area and get their feedback based on their priorities.
Door knocking is the bread and butter of election campaigns! If someone knocks on your door from any party during an election, I'd encourage you to always remember they are volunteers that have values and beliefs and candidates they want to support because they think that it will improve something! Local, national, personal. All sorts!
But of course use it as a chance to tell them what is important to you!
